Terms of Service

By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or using NameSpyAI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and NameSpyAI.

NameSpyAI is a brand name research tool that checks the availability of a business name across multiple platforms including web search results, domain registrars, the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, X (Twitter), and Instagram. Results are informational only — they are not legal advice and do not constitute a trademark search or clearance opinion.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using NameSpyAI you represent that you meet these requirements.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately at shashikumar4744@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Waitlist pricing is $7/month or $72/year and is locked in for founding members for as long as their subscription remains active.
• Standard pricing after launch is $10/month or $99/year and is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month. Yearly subscriptions renew annually.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Yearly subscriptions are non-refundable but you may cancel auto-renewal at any time.
• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from the Service in bulk.
• Use automated scripts or bots to submit searches without our written permission.
• Resell or redistribute Service results as a competing data product.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

All content, branding, and code comprising NameSpyAI is owned by or licensed to us. Your search queries and the results generated for you remain your information — we claim no ownership over the names you search. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for your personal or business research purposes.

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that search results are accurate, complete, or up to date. Platform data (domains, app stores, social handles) changes frequently and may not reflect real-time availability. Results are for informational purposes only — always conduct independent legal due diligence before launching a brand.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NameSpyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, brand value, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NameSpyAI from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; failing that, through binding arbitration.
